BroadWave Technologies Launches New 100-Watt Fixed Attenuator

On March 7, 2025, BroadWave Technologies Inc., based in Greenwood, Indiana, announced its latest product – the model series 351-358-XXX 100-Watt fixed attenuator. This innovative device is specifically designed for radar, telecommunications, wireless applications, as well as defense and aerospace sectors.

This attenuator efficiently reduces the power delivery in a transmission line while minimizing any noise or distortion.

The BroadWave 351-358-XXX operates at a frequency range from DC up to 500 MHz and comes with standard attenuation values of 2, 3, 6, 10, 20, 30, and 40 decibels. The maximum voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) for this model is 1.20:1, and it has a temperature operational range of -55 to 70 degrees Celsius. The device is equipped with SMA female RF connectors, with other connector types and genders also available upon request.
