Forge: Mach Industries’ Global Manufacturing Network Partners with HevenDrones

Mach Industries Partners with HevenDrones to Advance Hydrogen-Powered UAVs

On March 18, 2025, Mach Industries, a pioneering defense manufacturer, announced a strategic partnership with HevenDrones, known for its innovative hydrogen-powered drone solutions. This collaboration aims to integrate Mach Industries’ manufacturing network, Forge, with HevenDrones’ cutting-edge UAV technology to produce advanced drone platforms.

The initial rollout will feature HevenDrones’ models, including the H100, H2D55, and Raider, which will be manufactured at Forge Huntington, the flagship facility of Mach Industries.

The partnership is designed to enhance the production of these airframes while focusing on creating specialty components, such as avionics, radios, fuel sources, and propulsion systems, for both HevenDrones and its upcoming partners.

In the United States, this initiative is set to establish a robust ecosystem for vertically-manufactured subcomponents, positioning Forge as a critical player in developing a secure unmanned systems industrial base. Additionally, Mach Industries and HevenDrones plan to expand their manufacturing footprint globally, establishing factories abroad to ensure that U.S. allies have secure access to necessary technologies.

This collaboration harnesses the existing capabilities of Forge Huntington to drive the mass production of Heven’s hydrogen-powered drones, thereby reinforcing a resilient and dynamic defense supply chain in the U.S. The vertically integrated strategy employed by Mach Industries will allow HevenDrones to scale up production efficiently, meeting the rising demand for sophisticated drone technologies. Such a partnership is also aimed at counteracting the influence of Chinese manufacturers in the global drone market.

Ethan Thornton, CEO of Mach Industries, remarked, “We are not merely hastening production; we are laying the groundwork for the next evolution in defense manufacturing. With HevenDrones as our esteemed partner, we are uniquely equipped to enhance the defense sector with high-performance drones while fortifying domestic manufacturing capabilities for the safety and advancement of our military.”

The arrangement with HevenDrones marks the beginning of significant fulfillments from Mach Industries’ Forge Huntington site, which provides a strategic advantage to U.S. defense and allied operations. The decentralized production approach allows for continuous output, enabling rapid adaptations to changing demands.

HevenDrones CEO, Bentzion Levinson, stated, “Our clients urgently require thousands, and ultimately tens of thousands, of drones for deployment in operational environments. Our mission is to facilitate swift, comprehensive American manufacturing of the most versatile, reliable, and potent platforms available for our military personnel.”

Conclusion

This partnership is set to reshape the landscape of drone production and significantly bolster national security through advanced manufacturing capabilities.
