Set to be launched in mid-2025, this innovative connector builds upon existing TE MULTIGIG HD variants while enhancing features critical for demanding applications.

The integrated wafer technology of the MULTIGIG HD connector is designed in line with VITA 46.x connector standards. It effectively meets the requirements outlined for Next-Generation VPX, in addition to protecting against the extreme vibration levels categorized under VITA 47.3 and VITA 72 standards.

Engineered to work seamlessly with existing RF and optical connector modules, the MULTIGIG HD connector optimizes pin density and is fully compatible with the 3U, 4U, and 6U OpenVPX form factors. Its advanced design allows for direct termination of AC coupling capacitors and future integration of optical transceivers within the connectors.
