Attendees at XPONENTIAL Europe experienced the system’s functionality firsthand, launching the drone from its box at the press of a button. Exabotix aims to enhance current inspection operations, offering robust services that could effectively replace traditional helicopter inspections. Julian Ederleh, Marketing Manager, noted that they are currently operating Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) in Germany and have plans to extend their reach across Europe, compliant with EU drone regulations.
DroneMatrix
Part of the Nipson Innovation booth, YETI by DroneMatrix [https://www.nugroup.no/dronematrix/products] features a drone-in-a-box design ensuring climate protection for the drone during deployment. One standout feature includes an extendable funnel aiding the YETI in landing correctly on its docking station. Dr. Michael Wanduch shared that users have witnessed up to a 10-fold reduction in costs since adopting this innovative solution, which is already operational in critical settings such as harbors and industrial yards.
Delta Fluid

CEO Chris Lee emphasized the dock’s flexibility for applications in pipeline and power grid monitoring, equipped with swappable batteries and advanced AI capabilities for data collection and analysis.

Airobotics showcased its Optimus drone infrastructure, which the company continues to expand with its existing contracts. This drone-in-a-box solution was exhibited, demonstrating the ability to operate independently and transfer various types of data while maintaining optimal conditions for the equipment.
